Kayak Registration Form
Posted on Aug 21st, 2015 Comments (0)
Each year by July 1st, you will need to register your kayak.  One kayak per form.  The use of the rack is on a first come first serve basis so spots are not assigned or reserved.  It is recommended that if you keep your kayak/canoe on the rack, that you lock it in place as neither the Association nor the Tax District will be responsible for its safety.  Kayak Registration Form.pdf
Pet Registration Form

Attached is the pet registration form.  If you own a pet, please make sure to register it with the office so that if you have work done in your unit, neither the pet nor the worker is startled or injured.  This is also, so that if your pet gets out or away from you, we can assist in getting them back to the proper owner.  As a reminder, all dogs must be registered with the town of Branford.  The Branford information is at the bottom of the Sylvan Point pet registration form.   Pet Registration Form.pdf
